Obviously the 4v is better than 2v and I would get way better performance. I am just having a hard time thinking about getting rid of a my car for a car that is 4 years older even though it has 10k less miles.

I'd rather have a 40K mile '99 Cobra than a 50K '03GT..
Don't worry about the age if mileage is that low.
If the car was OLD and had sat for a really long time but had lower mileage, then I might worry about it. But '99 is not that old.

As long as you're not getting upside down, can't lose with a 4v. My next mod hopefully is a built 5.4 4v motor with an 80 series turbo
