Default Opinions on new "BBK throttle intake"

Just wondering what your guys thoughts were on the new "BBK throttle intake" is it worth the money over a standered T/B and upper plenium? or just as good if not worse than other T/B and upper pleniums?

thanks

3mm bigger no gains to be seen, but not gonna hurt either
Just a marketing trick

i bought the PP combo, think if your t/b goes bad you have to replace your plenum too, doesn't sound good to me

bbk isnt quite noted for quality and its pointless to go with anything over 75mm. i wouldnt get it and plus it looks tacky in my opinion. and the fact that steve brought up about having to replace the whole thing instead of one part. but if you want to buy it and give it a test run for all of us here, go ahead and do it and review it for us.

Well considering the real bottleneck is the heads I don't see how this is going to help much.

It looks cool. If you plan on getting a aftermarket manifold you will have to get rid of the BBK unit and purchase a TB again. Other then that looks real nice.

i wouldnt expect a big gain going from 75mm to 78mm. but if you someone were planning on getting a 70 or 75mm tb and a new plenum, for the cash, this would be a good choice. And BBK Does make a damn good quality part if i do say so myself with the number of their parts i have lol.
