i always thought it was called hang time. i know a way you can solve that is by getting a light weight fly wheel, but i wouldnt recomend getting one because they suck if you have to drive your car up hills.
I just want to ask if you have a lightweight flywheel. I have the SPEC aluminum one and didnt notice a bit of difference in the fall in rpms. I see people bad mouthing the lightweights but, I cant seem to find the prob. I am not trying to be a D*ck but, I am showing the other side of the story.

Also, a link to the IAC mod would be nice. I havent heard of this either and am interested to see more about it. Thanks.

Get gasket material and decrease the size of the hole to your IAC.
