difference between a t45 clutch and t3650 clutch

Default difference between a t45 clutch and t3650 clutch

whats the main difference? if someone is selling his spec II clutch for his 3650 can i put it in my t45? i know they are all 10 spline input shaft clutches, but ones an 11in and ones a 10.5 i have a windsor motor (8 bolt crank) what size is my disk hopefully it will fit.

alright....well here is the deal.....errr....my thoughts on this.

now let me just start by saying....i dont know for sure the answer to your questions (as far as the actual differences between the 2 trannys)...but let me just say this:

if spec makes a clutch for 3650's and t45s....and your friend has one made for a 3650....chances are IT WONT FIT your t45. otherwise....spec would just sell clutches that are basicly one size fits all mustang trannys. and not for each particular model.
