stock h pipe removal

too late...i screwed the bolt up pretty bad...its goin to a shop in the mornin where theyll probably have to retap the manifold

had same problem ended up cutting the socket to make it shorter(had to cut about a 1/4 inch off) so that there was room for the socket and u joint and then it came right out.

Did mine on monday and I had a similar problem, but after I used PB and let it sit and then hit it again and let it sit... it finally broke free using a breaker bar. Hope the shop was able to get yours done.

Either a tight new swivel or a swivel with some electrical tape around it to keep it steady.

We had to air chisel mine off, you can get at it at a 90 degree angle from inside the wheel well. Then we had to use a cutting torch to get the stud out.

Not fun.
