Default 04 Cobra Hood

I know alot of you guys have after market hoods. I just recieved my new 04 cobra hood that i purchased last week. so far ive been quoted from $350 - $690 to get it painted. how much did you guys pay to get your Hoods painted?

200 bones.... then another 100 to paint the underside.

cool, pictures? i can get it done for around $100 and probably another 50 for the underside. but that means you have to go through the baddest hood of southern california.

Compton homie, you'll get shot before you get a quote. lol

but yah, bring your own ppg paint.

Yeah homie whats up? lol I thing i would rather pay the few extra $$$ so i can stay alive & be able to tell you guys about how bad *** my new hood is looking. lol but seriously I just hate the fact that my paint is so expensive. its a 3 stage paint. plus they are like i would recomend repainting your front fenders too, that way we can blen them into the hood. I dont think so.

I ended up paying 399.99 for the hood with shipping. The hood is primed but the primer is all facked up.

lol and for those of you that don't know, red is one of the most expensive paints to buy. especially having three coats of it. I feel for you man

Yeah Fo Show dawg those be tight. lol I ended up getting the stock ones from ford. I saved like 10 bones a pop with my bros discount.

around $34 bones a pop. the left one was $2 more for some reason. 5.0 resto had them for the same price. they were 23 each with the ford discount.
