Have you ever heard a 2v with a big Crower Stg 3s, or Race cams? They will hit pretty good.

If you want to build an N/A motor, go right ahead. I've had a blast with mine, and even without the N20 it's been alot of fun. Would I trade my N/A motor for a built low compression motor with boost? Sure, but that's alot of money.

It's been a while since i've heard a cammed GT in person. I've heard two both were stage 2's one was sean hyland haha... the other company i'm not sure. Not that stage 2 really means anything.

They both sounded nice but neither impressed me to the point where I wanted to be like damn I want a cam in my GT just for the sound.

I'm not making an arguement against nitrous, he just said he decided to go a head/cam route and stay N/A. It's really not cost effective. If he planned on running nitrous that's a bit different.

Have you guys ever just wanted to be different though? It just seems like it would be cool to keep up with some guys that just slap a s/c or nitrous on their car, and have them asking what nitrous shot or boost I am running. Being able to say I am not running either just seems like it would turn a few heads. I know it isn't the most cost effective and is why the decision was so tough but it seems like it will be a fun experience (building up a motor).

Well I guess I did that with my other car, but unless you're running nitrous i'm not sure how many heads you're going to turn. A head/cam GT is similar to that of a intake exhaust ls1. I see your point i just think you'd be dissapointed with the results. I know I would have.

I've wanted to be different my whole life.... So much so, that I now part my hair down the middle, Alfalfa style. I have realized now though, that just because I'm different, doesn't mean I'm not retarded.

I have seen NA mustangs take down SC mustangs but they all always end up with a SC.
