[QUOTE=Jbauer;5747754]well i'm just saying, if you look at the K&N website, their most expensive kit makes less HP than their cheaper one.. because of the SRAIGHT shot, even though the most expensive one digs into the fender and grabs cold air.
As far as Trap speed/ ET..who the heck knows..i don't think your gonna notice 2HP on a 1/4 with a manual transmission.

id never take anything a biased web site will say seriously

i had used motive 3.73s in my old camaro with no problems, just check the teeth on the R&P and make sure theres no chips/breaks in them

Used gears work fine, even if "set up" wrong they wont break, but will most likely be a bit noisey.. Which isnt the end of the world on a weekend car or racer

Why would a Biased website show that they're most expensive kit makes LESS horse power than their trade mark 40 dollars more kit?

is all those kinks and bends in it really making it any less restrictive than the stock intake? plus why did you use 4" piping? its obviously bigger than the throttle body... kind of overkill, maybe even robbing you of some power with the air expanding in the 4" tubing, then having to contract itself into the smaller TB.

If you look back at the first page the difference between intake that laserredgt posted and yours really makes all the difference in the world. Both are home mades but his is clean and to the point and yours has way to much going on.

I also own a GTP and those guys are the kings of home made intakes and if you do it right it really doesn't look to bad.
