First, what's already done to the car? Second, out of your options, you really have to decide what you want to do for yourself. My personal opinion, if I was thinking about nitrous, it would be a throw up between nitrous and cams. If I was going FI, I'd do cams later that would suit my application. Between a turbo and a blower, I would go blower. You get more power out of a turbo, but you'll spend quite a bit less on a blower setup, and with the power you can get out of a good engine/blower combo, unless you're looking for low 9's or better I don't see the point of spending the money on a turbo setup. But if I were in your spot, I'd probably start out thinking about as PI swap, gears, and a tune to start.
In this economy you're not promised your next day at work.

If I had it to do over again I would have spent the money on building my engine instead of the blower, not that I dont like the blower, it just you get use to it so quick. With a built motor, you could spray that beast to hell and back unitl you save again for a blower and then really turn up the boost instead of being limited to 10lbs and/or 450hp. So if it was me I would build a mean built motor HCI all the good stuff. I know it would cost more then 5500, but so would a blower with the installation cost.

I totally agree. I thought about going with a blower/turbo set up but decided to stay N/A. Saving up now for the 2V savior (New Trickflow heads). So to answer the question of what to do with $5,500. It's really up to you and whether you wanted to stay Aspirated or Non Aspirated.
