I am thinking about going to the Dark Side and buying a 370z. Here is the reason:
I just spent 2 days changing brake pads. I wanted to have the rotors turned, but they are rusted on (all 4). I tried everything I could think of. Penetrating Oil, tapping for 2 hours around the studs, banging. I even bought a torch to heat them up. No luck.
I gave up trying to get them off and decided to just put in the new pads. I spun the right rear caliper for 3 hours before it finally started moving. left rear went in quickly. The car stops much smoother now.
I bought the car 2 years ago, from a dealership, it came with some crappy American Racing wheels. The chrome is pealing off, and it is a PITA to get the luggs on or off. American Racing said to take it the place that sold me the wheels, but I have no way to find out where that is. They have not been at all helpful, and I will never buy anything from American Racing.
I'm just pissy right now, and getting rid of this car keeps going through my head. Someone please talk some sense into me!

if it took you 2 days to change brakes on a mustang its not gonna be any faster on a foreign sports car.
i do like nissans tho and have seen 2 of the new skylines on the street already, if your going to leave the muscle seen behind at least do it with some class lol..........jk.

Why the hate? Most of there cars do things that american car companies can only dream of. Everyone dogs on the smaller cylinder cars, but if honda ever did a v8 i promise you it would pwn anything in its league.
I'm sure we all can appreciate your frustration. No need to go further, much further, into debt b/c of little problems that every car will eventually give you. The wheels, well that ain't the car's fault...btw, they look good tho. You can save up for a nice set of stang wheels tho. And when that's done, you'll have a phat stang and no phat car payment.

Thanks. That makes me feel alot better.
