Default How much darker are smoked clear corners?

How much darker are they compared to stock? The pictures on AM's site don't really give me a clear answer, so either they aren't very good pictures, or the smoked clear corners aren't much darker than stock, thus being a waste of $200.

My buddy has smoked/clear corner headlights and they are considerably darker than my stock smoked headlights. Stock smoked only have the black housings and clear lenses. Aftermarket have the black housing and smoked lenses.

yea, they're significantly darker that stock. like mentioned before, the lenses are also smoked so expect the light output to go down just a bit

Yep. The same friend I mentioned has either the 4300k or somewhere in the 5k region HID kit. I have 6k and my lights are alot brighter than his are.

I love my setup at night. I have a great cut off line for having hids in a halogen reflector and the light output is awesome. Here are some pictures from my kit. These are when I first got the kit over summer. When im in the car the whole road in front of me is lit up. And I haven't gotten one high beam flash from oncoming traffic.

I've got hids in the fog lights now too. Those pics were taken before they were installed.
