it looks thicker in the driver side pic because it hasnt been sanded yet

the glass wont crack, and the bondo top coat will be very very thin, which is the trick to having it not crack....it will hold up fine, people have been doing this for years...my buddy did his entire engine bay like this (the same guy doing mine) and his turned out great

there were some imperfections that couldnt really be straightened out due to a few kinks and creases in the frame rails from when it was wrecked...it went on a frame machine to pull it straight, and then whatever was left was hammered back to as close to perfect as it could get...the speckled paint helps blend in where the bondo lines werent perfect due to the previous frame damage...
luckily, the creases were far enough up that they did not effect drivability, even before it hit the frame machine it was driving straight as an arrow...front impact wasnt too hard....
i really like how the speckled came out though, my buddy did a great job on the body work and paint...especially for spray can paint

that paint looks great in the engine bay, really unique!
motor looks sick!
you should take a picture of the camera tword the radiator support, shooting down the exhaust side of the head to see the clearence between the heads and tower's. but it doesn't look as tight in there as I thought it would.

thanks guys...
and the motor is lower than normal because it has k member spacers that lift the body of the car up an inch in the front to give a better driveline angle and more hood clearance...ill even it out by dropping it back down with the coilovers so it will still look good
as for pics of clearance...hold on, i have a ton of clearance pics from mockup, ill go dig them up
