youre a ballsy one. i would never put my trust in a seller. i have to see it, hear it, and drive it in person before i spend a single $.

youll probably be fine, but i was checking out a mach a couple months back and it looked great in all the pics and only had 50k miles. when i drove the car it was a whole different story. the clutch engaged way too high, there was a thick smell of gas in the car when it was fired up, and the stock exhaust was all hacked up by a "professional" shop.

G/L and hopefully it wont be one of those cases. otherwise the car looks great man. mineral grey FTMFW!!

Ya im putting my trust in this guy and he seemed like a really really nice guy. The reason he is selling it he said is because he was getting old and didn't drive it a whole lot anymore. He gave me a full run down of the car, the undercarriage, engine, sound. He said all it does is sit in his garage now and he just goes out and cleans it. It has seen rain three times. His cousin was going to buy it last night but he told me whoever had the money first gets it. Im pretty confident by the pictures and talking to him that it is an excellent car. He was one of the nicest guys ive talked to about business before.

I really really like to refrain from using the word jealous, because I'm pretty happy with my life, but that's an excellent deal in my mind.

12,500 is probably a bit more than I would have WANTED to pay, but it's a good deal regardless. From the pics, both the exterior and the interior of the car appear to be WELL taken care of!

Congrats man, that's a hell of a find. And actually, I don't know if I've ever seen a '01 Cobra in that color before.
