Although I will say, if your going to be trapping more than I did, ie 127, which I'm positive you will be, I would at the VERY LEAST change to a ceramic pad.

Stopping with stock brakes is fine and dandy under 100mph, but I think once you get into 130+mph territory, your talking about needing some serious stopping power.

And what do you think parachutes are for?

Road racing/auto crossing in any car. I don't care if you are in a stock powered miata, you should work on braking.

Yes sir... I don't feel comfortable with my brakes compared to any other car i've driven. I almost curbed my mustang back in october bc i was being hard on the brakes and they overheated... before i knew it, i wasn't stopping and i was in the middle of the turn.. thank God i was able to steer myself away from the curb just in time... Under normal driving conditions, obviously any brakes should be fine.. so i guess my brakes are "OK" at best

but compared to my friends mazda 6, my other friend's STI (obviously superior brakes anyway lol), my dads grand prix, my 95 buick regal, etc -- my mustang's brakes are by far the WORST... my 6er brakes blew... and my GT brakes blow.. you're not goign to convince me into thinking anything else lol.. i'll be getting cobra brakes when i can afford it bc draining my brakes and all that good stuff doesn't work for some reason and i dont understand.. maybe i just buy cars with shytty brakes? idk

anyways, thats still quite a damn impressive mod list

not exactly for daily driving

that's why I said at least switch to ceramic pads

plus, isn't a chute only required over 150mph?
