So I dropped my car off at Ford today because of a noisy rear and a slight wobble and jerking during takeoff and turns. Unfortunately I got the call saying my rear end was pretty much shot. They said the bearings were completely trashed and I would need to get it re-done. I figured I would like to do a 31" set up but I am open to any suggestions. If I did want to do the 31" set up I wanted to go with the FRPP tlok and moser axles and FRPP 4.10s or 3.73s. If someone can give me an exact parts list of all the small things I would need to get this done, (seals, fluid, and what not) that would be awesome.

you mean 31 spline? if i were you i would get the moser or strange 31 spline c clip axles, 3 inch studs, frpp 4.10s, full gear install kit (should come with shims, pinion seal, pinion bearings, carrier bearings, axles bearings, crush sleeve), rear girdle, then some lsd rear fluid (i always use the castrol lsd stuff).
