I am about to buy my first mustang, I want the previous body style, a GT and for it to be yellow. I found a yellow GT convertible with 94K miles, the ower said that he just installed:

Flow masters
New stereo system
Alarm with automatic start

Just last month, he is asking for 9k, but he said that he will take 8.5k cash for it. Is this a good deal? I really like the car!!! There is a pic below

i think that is kind of a high price with that many miles. It must be a 2004 model?

id say if he came down a lil bit. also make sure that the conv. top does not leak. my parents bought a 2001 gt from a private owner the guy jerry rigged the top so it wouldnt leak for a few days. about a month after owning it the roof leaked pretty bad. also not dissing autos but i prefer a 5spd in a mustang. just my .02 cents
