I just love these tires. I had to settle for BFG's last year because the were on back order. They were a disappointment compared to the Mt's I'm so glad I got them this season. The new pattern out handled the BFG's lasted longer and did better in the rain. I even prefer them to Nittos as far as traction handling and wet weather. I have never used Nittos over a long period just back in forth to the track a few times which as 90 miles each way.
The newer thread design is a step above the older thread design and really makes them competitive in all areas now just not traction. I know Hoosier works well but are a hazardous for daily driving. M&H look about the same as MT's new pattern but are about 30-40 more on the average.
I feel the new MT's are hard to beat because they do so well in every category now.
MT's there is no substitute.

The new style looks alot like those M&R's.. how do they drive?
I'm running M/T Bias PLy ET STreets and they are awesome on the track. m/t is the way to go.
They work and stick great.
I ran a 15x10.5x26 mt street on a 15x8" wheel a few times and I do just as well with these.
I have recently bought some 15x10.5" wheels. Plus I have some skinnies now. I think when I get some money I'm going to go with a MT 325/50/15 DR so I can drive to the track on them.

if it rains and you got those tires on, will they suck ass in the rain?
They do well for a DR. I have got caught in the rain several times and as long as you drove at a safe speed I had no problem with them. I even got caught in a little snow for about 20 miles now that was little scary I must admit.

Maybe your story would have been different if you wernt pushing 500+ ftlbs of torque
I jus got a set of those and i can't spin them for **** but in the rain they spin with gettin on the throttle a little bit but they hook amazing...i'll never go with a different tire
Well then it looks like i will jump on this band wagon. I have falkens azenis and if the tire pressure is up to 35, i spin. But if you cant on M/T, well f*ck these tires im going M/T
nice tires man!
what do you mean, older thread design vs. newer tread?
mt dr's are gonna be the next tire i get, which probably wont be long once i get my linelock on. lol
