Default Looking at getting this GT

Hey guys. Right now I own a 01 v6. It's got 101,000 miles on it. Only mods are in my sig. I've been looking into getting a GT and I found this one today

http://www.biglermotors.net/VehicleP...&pg=1&vid=3212

It has 03-04 Cobra wheels. Mach one chin spoiler and grill delete. Bullit pedals and K&N CAI. Only problem was that it has a shattered driver side mirror. It has 80,xxx miles on it and the paint and interior look fine. They are asking 9,900 for it. Sound right??

Thanks guys

I'd probably end up settling on 9k, although that still seems a little high to me just because of the mileage, but it is a really clean car.

Shoot as low as you can and if your not happy with the price, walk. There are alot of cars out there, make sure you get the best deal, instead of just taking the first car you look at.

The miles are kind of high, but the car is really clean and the motor had no clicks or whines to it. I don't wanna settle....i already did that with my v6 This car just seemed right for some reason. It was hard not to show emotion to the dealer about the car, haha

Yep. drove it today actually. Clutch seemed to work very well. The shifter **** was worn down considerable but that won't be hard to replace

Gotta agree with Defcon. Eventhough the car looks good make sure it's the best deal. You might wanna decide real fast tho...New Edges in that condition are getting hard to come by.... Good luck!

One other thing you may want to do is test drive an LS1, and also a 4v. The 01 Cobras and any LS1 camaro/firebird should do fine.

Just do that and see if you can get back into the GT and still be happy with it.

EDIT: it sounds awful telling people not to get a GT, but really, if your into going fast on any playing field the GT is not that great of a starting ground.
