He just finished saying that traction isn't a problem. He's hooking just fine on whatever it's riding on. It's a lack of power or the tranny ain't right or both...

sounds to me like you're bogging the hell out of the car off the launch...that will help account for your low traps, and less than stellar ET's..

I know this will sound stupid, but if you could find a roll race against a 'supposed to be equal' car, you could find out if it is indeed a power problem instead of a coming off the line problem.

2.anything isnt a great 60ft, that car should have ATLEAST 1.9s in it. i think you hvae to baby it out of the hole right now....we need to fix that... launch it harder if you can. then again you dont even have a good mph... should be a few mph quicker... id get a legit tune on the car too

Heck I was 15.7 stock then 13.9 with the PI and the stock 2.73's. See about that tune!

im with them, if you made the pi swap your pretty close to the same stuff i have in my car, only you have gears and i dont...your power isnt there, so either your tune is screwed up or your short block is...unless your tranny is zaping all your power, cuz you should still be trapping 100ish or better i mean your 60 foot is close to mine...not that its great lol but ive never trapped less than 100. get some dyno numbers, should be in the 225-260hp range depending on what type of dyno.
