wow, that sucks pepper, I'm glad I've had mine for a while, never had a problem with it. Hope you get it sorted out.

Well I got it off and it looks like it might be leaking a tiny bit out of seal between the 2 halves of the gear casing also. Plus I noticed there's a little bit of shaft play in and out as I was removing the pulley.
