60k is not much money in southern cali. even p.o.s. homes are worth almost a million $$. damn inflation.
ive noticed lately that many treads have quickly turned in to e-fights. like the "are neons ricey" is the last one i looked at and now this one. everyone is on edge now.
back to the topic, their are so many custom shops in southern cali i dont think it would be hard to find someone to a targa top conversion. as for the chassis, just get some subframe connectors and you should be find
