How much would the value drop if an 07 mustang has a rebuilt salvage title on it?

The hood is painted silver, in great shape, does need a color sand, but thats no biggie. Would prefer a swap for a silver one, but will consider many options. Need to trade due to changed plan on this car. RTP/Greensboro/Charlotte

I just bought my 03GT for $6500 with 65k miles and it's perfect. Wait for the deal and stay away from salvage titles.

I assume Fobra is referring to the vehicle in my original post, if not, well, there's nothing else to be said about that lol.

Also, 99', who do you have insurance through? My agent deals with progressive, grange, geico, and a few others that I don't remember, but she said none of them offered full coverage on a salvage. It's moot at this point for me, because I think we are waiting on a vehicle purchase until we move out of ohio.

I bought a 99 gt for $7000 and it LOOKED to be in great condition. It also had a clear title. however, I got to working on it one day and realized that the right rear of the frame was bent to hell and cracked. I looked a little more into it and found out that the whole right side of the car was repaired with parts from a RED mustang. Now I have some spots where the paint has chipped off and you can see the red. Also, I have struggled with my suspension since the day I bought. There is a lot of road noise, it squeaks every time I hit a tiny bump, my exhaust rubs on the axle, etc.... It is your money and decision but I would def say my advice is to wait till you find another good deal. They are out there for sure.
