Arrow WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH AMBER TAIL LIGHTS?

Where did the amber tail lights come from? What is the deal about them and why do some people want them? I guess I have them on my 99 cobra. Post whatever you know about them please.

You are very lucky! They only came on the 99-01 Cobras. and because of their striking but subtle looks and their low production numbers they have become a fairly desirable commodity.

I've seen them sell for as much as $500 per par. I always wanted a set, but could never seem to find someone selling them for a reasonable price.

Lastly, because you do have amber corner tails. You must NEVER EVER tint them trade them to someone else if you ever even consider destroying those things.

Why did they do that with them and why are they so desireable? I like them, I just never realized they were so rare. Did they put them on all 99-01's?

Why did they give the 01 cobra a diff bumper than the 03? Why does it cost 500 bucks for an 03 cobra wing? Why does everyone want everything off a cobra?

Its like asking a blind man to pick his favorite porno.. nobody knows the answers to these question. Its like Asking if Pi has an end or why sin(X)/x = 1... nobody knows.

I think its just aesthetics people think they look cool, which they do, and because of that fact there is a demand. But w/ a demand and no supply the price has nowhere to go but up. Hence the value.

And yes they were put on every 1999-2001 Cobra.
