you have to be really careful, or have a car fast enough to pass without worrying about knocking around.
Or you can just have a sh*tload of money (this always helps), since insurance doesn't cover track time
Money is the biggest thing haha. I won't do any type of wheel to wheel. I will just do track time with designated passing zones. I don't know of any clubs around here that allow passing in corners though. We have a ton of clubs in the Northeast but they all have designated passing zones and require point by's. I would assume this is how it is with most clubs until you get into actual competitive racing.

from what I've experienced thats exactly what it is.
Competitive racing is tough with a car that you DD as well, really nerve racking.
I don't think I've actually done any in a good 8 months, lately it's just been Auto-x, less chance of banging up my car.

Hello to everyone! Just been looking through this thread and sounds like the Cobra kit works well. My '95 has the original brakes & susp. and have been considering the m-2300Q brake kit and the rears also. Is the Baer Claw system necessary for street car and what is their main application? Where do you have the best results getting your parts? I would actually like to do all the brakes, and new springs, control arms, struts, etc, but the money just doesn't roll off the trees, or at least not the last time I checked! Thanks for the help.

If I had a coupe, I would have the same situation. The only thing that has kept the interior the way it is is because its a vert. I am looking to start n sn95 project ithin the next year to be a full coil over/ torque arm/PHB set up.. the whole 9.
I dont think a watts link is worth the extra cost. Just my opinion tho. Iv never driven a wats link car so I have no comparison. The PHB/TA combo I drove seemed to be more than enough.

Fair enough, how much are you looking to spend on the PHB/TA combo?
Brakes came in.. man they are massive compared to the normal v6/gt stuff. There is a little rust on the rotors but i dont think that is uncommon.. should come off the first time i test the brakes lol.
