Default sct sf3 tuner

i just purchased a sct sf3 preloaded tuner for my 96 mustang gt.just tryin to figure out how i should tune my car.anybody have any suggestions on the spark adjustment and transmission shift points.Its pretty much stock but i have a cold air intake.

I would probably not move the spark adjustment, you can actually create detonation (pinging) if you modify the table too much. The trans shift you can modify depending on how you feel your vehicle drive after it has been programmed. You can make it shift harder, softer or delay, advance when the vehicle shifts (assuming the vehicle is automatic). All these adjustments are adders to what has already been modified in the preloaded tunes.
