Default squealing noise please please help!!!!

so the other day i installed the steeda clutch quadrant kit cause i put a new clutch and a new flywheel in my car so anyway i go to put the clutch in after i installed the quadrant kit and i heard a squealing noise and then i left off and put the clutch back in and it stopped so i thought nothing of it then it did it again at a stop light so make a long story short it only does it every so often through out the day and the time i drive it WHAT COULD IT BE ?!?!?!?!?!?
