the heads will be a big help, you could look into a bullet intake, probably would be good for another 30-40 rwhp if not more with your setup and boost.

go areomotive rear sump tank its a better investment in the end, and it can support more power. and looks cool!

get rid of bypass and get a bov
get bigger crank pulley
smaller blower pulley
find a good tuner.

other options:
use water/meth for a intake cooler and octain boost
use nos for a intercooler cooler/ add a 75-100 shot right before the thottle body.

the nos is a natural boost builder it will actally give you more boost 2
4psi and the nos will turn from and 100hp to 120hp.

Engine:

Street Mod 600 8.9-1 compression ratio/notched pistons -18cc (This will be pushed to it's max.)
Stock 2 valve heads (you're getting ported)
Felpro Gaskets
Comp stage 2 billet cams (are these blower grinds?)
6 bolt Cobra crank. (There is no 6 bolt cobra crank this is a gt cast crank not forged)
MMR Street Racing oil pump
BBK Longtube Headers
BBK Off Road X-pipe w no cats
Flowmasters 40 series
BBK 75mm Throttle Body
C&L Plenum
Accel Coil Plugs

!!!!!!!!Additional Technical Engine info can be found at (http://www.modularmustangracing.com)

Power Adder:

Vortech sq trim supercharger 3.0 pulley at 14psi (you'll need at least 17psi and you'll be over spinning it and it will make a lot of heat, I would consider a T-trim upgrade)
Dayco poly cog 6 rib belt 107.5" (need an 8 rib upgrade, use gates or napa belts less slip. No cog belts)
Precision Intercooler
Vortech mini race Bypass Valve
VMP Tuning Blow Through Mass Air Flow
K&N Air Filter
NGK TR6 Spark Plugs
Ford Racing 42lb injectors (need at least 60's)
Focus Fuel Pump( you are already changing this)
Modular Powerhouse Boost PIPE
Kenne Bell Boost A Pump
SCT X-cal 3 Tuner

I would also get an 10% overdrive crank pulley.

I made 516 with stock heads, intake, full exhaust, and blower cams at only 12 psi with my S-trim. I added ported heads, 8 rib kit, 60lbs injectors. overdrive crank pulley at 16-17 psi I made 598 at one dyno and 572 at another. Then I added the tfs intake and a T-trim upgrade and put out 665.

new headunit, new intake manifold(trickflow or edelbrock), bigger injectors, and jive, cushman motorsports makes a 6 bolt cobra crank...well its forged like the cobra crank but its got 6 bolts. Just fyi. But yea, you do have the stock cast crank cus thats what the mmr600 uses. but youre gonna need more boost, better flowing intake, more fuel...and the heads wont hurt. But you should look into some blower cams if you want to get the most outta your blower because the comp cams are n/a grinds. But id be careful with stage 3 ports because you really should be bored out a little bit for that big of a port and oversized valves. thats what ive been told anyways. I think a stage 2 port would be fine and then you can put the money you saved on the port job into some blower cams.
