I wouldnt go with anything but NGK TR series spark plugs. And i think TR55's are stock heat range...or maybe it was the TR7's. Its one of the 2 and i have neither. Im running TR6's and they run great. Dont really know how much different spark plugs would change the butt dyno but id go with stock heat range.
why are you running cooler plugs?
Hell even with mild FI you should still run the stock heat range, only difference is you gap them at .035" vs .055" for an NA car.

Things to do:
1) Fix exhaust leak
2) Remove isolators
3) Get rear decklid shaved and painted DONE
4) Get fog lights sprayed with black/clear mix
5) Get lower valence re-sprayed
stock heat range plugs, Motocrafts, and gap them between .053 and .055"
should cost something like 8-10 bucks total for the entire thing
Don't forget 2 things. 1 = antiseaze compound
2. = 13lb/ft of torque on each plug.
so you recommend to just get stock replacements?? where can i buy antiseaze compound?? that just goes in the threads of each spark plug to prevent sspark plug blowouts on our dam engines?? thank you

Ok, I didnt read thru all the conversations going on , looks like they got your tune up handled. The squeel you hear I've noticed a quite a few Mustangs. I am willing to bet its the serp belt squeeling on the timing cover. Pop your hood and look to the right of the water pump you will probably see belt dust on the timing cover.
