ill talk my ex-employers at Fast Intentions over here in northridge and see what they say about grinding them down that much..

just buy spacers...theyre like $15 at jegs...not worth the hassle to grind

those are lug centric, the other spacers that are 60-80 are hub centric...some people say lug centric are crap blah blah blah theyre fine though, dont listen to them

i did it too, you can get them at pep boys, autozone or a lot of tire wheel stores. i couldnt find 7/16's at the time so i just got the 5/16's until i did. nothing rubs with them though so i might just keep them and use them. tires a little tucked them too.
