considering:
accufab 70mm throttle body & plenum (wondering what the difference between the Accufab F7046K and the Accufab F7046 other than $200)
some kind of supercharger (but that'll come later)
My last question is what does it mean when someone wants to go F/I?
Gears, STS and exhaust are a good start and will make your car sound great and will give it some more get up and go.
Holy crap I would hate to spend that much on exhaust. Exhaust should only cost you around $1-1.5k. Make sure you listen to SN95 Mustangs (94-04 but try to listen to more the 2000-2004 years).
Don't worry about the TB and plenum yet.
F/I = Forced Induction. Turbo, supercharger.
