New member WTB: 97 or 98 Cobra Convertible
I'm in the market for a 96 - 98 Cobra convertible in exceptional condition inside & out. I prefer triple black, but will consider other stock color combos if the price is right. Miles must be lower than 60k on any color. Suspension mods are ok, but no engine mods. Will consider up to 3.73 rear end.
I am willing to travel up to 500 miles from Romeo, MI (near Detroit). Email or PM me if you have or know of an exceptional car.
Thanks!
Jason
P.S. I would've posted this in the For Sale forum, but since I'm a newbie here, apparently I can't post there yet.

Welcome, and you can't move it, a mod would have to, though I doubt they will since it really belongs in the classifieds section and that requires a 1 month membership plus at least 50 posts. It is to ensure our loyal members are getting screwed by trolls.

Ok, I assumed that was the case. Don't suppose you or someone else might be willing to post a link over to this thread from the Mustangs for Sale or whatever forum is most appropriate so that this post has a greater chance of being seen by someone who is actually looking to sell?
Thanks,
Jason

Hey Jason, if i were you i would make a sig(signature) and put a link to this thread in it, saying LOOKING FOR 97 or 98 COBRA VERT!
btw why don't u want a 96? lol there all the same except the 98s have a return style fuel system and i think there might be slight bolt differences.

I have been watching the common spots (CL, eBay, Trader, svtperformance.com, etc.). Definitely a lot of cars for sale, makes it hard to choose just one (and buying three our four isn't an option today).
Thanks!
Jason
