I heard that this motor may go into a boss mustang offering or a mach one or some other special edition mustang.
forget trick flow, it would probably take them years to come up with something that could out do the factory set up and be cost effective for the customer.

i say a vid that interviewed the chief svt engineer and he said it makes more than 400hp and that the one they ran in the baja 1000 made over 500hp with only a few modifications. not sure what those mods are but i would assume the obvious removal of emissions garbage and a race tune on the computer.

It's always dangerous using Wikipedia as a source. I haven't heard, what is the new 5.0L 4v going into?

If the specs I read are right.. you could build this thing to be 7L+ and if the heads flow like they could theoretically, you could be seeing 600+ n/a pretty easily

TRADE MY Mach 1 HOOD + scoop set up for easy GT install (attached, no intake system necessary, unless you want it) for a COWL hood and maybe STOCK + CASH (but probably not). The hood is painted silver, in great shape, does need a color sand, but thats no biggie. Would prefer a swap for a silver one, but will consider many options. Need to trade due to changed plan on this car. RTP/Greensboro/Charlotte

Chances are that this engine is only gonna make it into some sort of SVT mustang or something cus they are putting this engine in the new SVT Raptor truck...hence the name Raptor. So dont be looking to be able to have this as an option on a regular mustang...which is gonna suck. Just gotta get the build together to put one in our cars!!!
