Default few simple questions about t-56 swap

sorry i know i keep asking but i didnt buy a kit to much money so i just dont want to buy something and not need it lol.
First, is the bell housing bolt patern the same on all 2V 4.6 motors from 95 all the way to 04? i ask because what i got was for a 2V but an eairlier one.
2 should i upgrade to an 11inch clutch? the spec guy said it reduces the pedal effort over a 10.5, so im thinking maybe i should do that.
And finally would it be a smart idea to get a quadrant and cable adjuster? or do i not need one and everything will hook up fine? if you can answer any of these for sure let me know id appreciate it
