Default How do you remove antenna base

Can anyone give me some info on how to remove the antenna base? I was going through the car wash yesterday and forgot to remove my stubbie antenna and it got ripped off right at the base.

I never removed mine and I don't know what I'm talking about on this but I would imagine you might have to remove your inner fender liner to access it there.

The plastic cover on the base pops off, there are three screws underneath.

To get the base out of the car you have to lower the glove box by releasing the dash clips, then disconnect the extension cable and remove the base.

You are a life saver! I just need to figure out how to get that damn bezel off. I have tried everything. I guess a little more elbow grease.

get a thin eyeglass repair flathead screwdriver, get a undershirt to use as a paint saver and pry the cover off with the mini screwdriver.
