YEah you all are lucky. I figured California would be the worst about it but as it turns out I've been in PA for years without knowing it was the strictest in the USA.

Thanks I'll try rubbing alcohol or that spray solution. I don't have a rear defroster for some reason so that will make things a lot easier.

Place strips of newspaper soaked in window cleaner (with ammonia if you can stand it), or white vinegar, on the tint and let it sit for an hour or longer--the tint will soften and peel off pretty easily.
