Default Centri Supercharger No Intercooler

Is it a huge problem to run a centri supercharger without an intercooler? The reason I ask is because I have one being installed without an intercooler.

You'll be fine with a good tune and 10psi and under
But make it in your long term plans to get an intercooler

Cool, PSI will only be like 7 I think, cheapest vortech you can buy. Planning on springing for the intercooler in Feb, but shop quoted me liike 1500 installed for the vortech intercooler without dyno tune. Don't want to cheap out on it, but there has to be a better way.

Yup you'll be fine I'm running 9 lbs on my novi 2000 non intercooled. Car has 128k and I have beat on it since the day I picked it up from the shop after the install and it still runs as strong as the day I picked it up. Car had 115k on it when the blower was installed.
