I want to run 9-10 lbs of boost, since it will be on a stock motor. I want at LEASE 400 wrhp but it could be at most 401 and I will be happy.
i say go with the mini race BPV, i think the stock BPV is only rated at 8psi. better safe than sorry man. those links i posted were the cheapest i found that valve, other than buying one used.
on another note...are you going to be installing it yourself, or having a shop do the install for you?

i believe he means he has 60% of the parts put together.

yeah sig means parts... One I get everything here its just a matter of a good time to do it. fixed.
as far as who is installing it, I want to try it myself, but I think that the intercooler part might be a bit PITA. I mean once I figure out how it works, I can figure it out. Im good with my hands and know "enough" I think to get it done.
However having a shop install it is not out of the question, its just going to cost a lot of $$$
Ill have a better idea on what I am in store for once the guy sends me the kit. I might not need to do too much, except find a way to mount the inter cooler. Hopefully I can use most of his old pipe(which would make it that much easier)

if his intercooler kit is already setup for a mustang then i dont see how that would be the hardest part, that would be the easiest part. just go over the links i posted and study the install manual over and over again, and then some more.
the hardest part might be tapping the oil pan and getting the belt on, thats a 2 man job now btw.
yeah I have read over those first 2 10 page posts haha. Long read, VERY informative. Thank you for showing me those. I guess I am going to have a hard time getting my fog lights to fit properly. Also, I am not too sure when they are talking about having to replace the bumper support. I will have to do that as well?
I want to get an idea of where his MAF and BOV was in his setup. That way I can start to visualize the whole project.
Yeah up untill the actual MOUNTING of the intercooler, the only part I am "really" worried about is the taping into the oil pan thing. I don't have the tool I need to do that (some kind of stepper right?)
BTW, thanks for all the help guys. Its like I am taking a 5th class this semester, Forced Induction 101

damn! I was quoted 250 for an S/C instal, 300 if I bring an intercooler, which I don't think is bad at all, still think I'm going to do it myself, but If i get in over my head, I don't think thats a bad price at all.

really? Well if that's the case then I dont think I am going to even TRY it.
I figured they would charge some ungodly price like what they charged me to put my cams in *yuck*
if its around $300 bucks then I am all for it. Ill start calling some shops in a few weeks to get quotes (there are only 2 shops in this area I would trust to touch my car)
