I have the bullitt twin 57 mm throttle body and with these mods i am still not satisfied with the car it needs more sure its a blast but i have that stupid addiction of always wanting more my next step is the steeda underdrive pullies then Im sending my heads off for serious work. if that doesent hit the numbers i want im going to do forced induction.

keep your stock pulleys, if you go F/I you cant use those underdrive ones.
Gears, mid-pipe, and a tune. Everything else is a 100% waste of money on these small displacement modulars. Start saving for a blower after that. Bolt-ons are no fun.

cams arent a waste...

Technically bolt-ons are modifications that don't touch oil, sorry bud. Cams touch oil, thus are not bolt-ons.
+1 on the short shifter, would consider that just as important as catbacks, gears or a high flow filter. OP Don't bother buying an aftermarket CAI you already have one on your engine from the factory.
Yes! I can't speak from experience since I've only owned 99+ mustangs, but from what I've read, the PI swap is a decent investment for a better modding platform. If I were to go to the trouble though, I would probably have the heads ported and get different cams instead of the stock new edge GT parts. They are cheap to find used though so that is a plus if money's an issue.
Here is a thread that describes the PI swap for ya.
Go for the pi swap trust me. My car is barely tuned and i made the 290rwhp. My timing was not even touched. I wish i wouldve had my gears in back when the motor was done cause now i want stage II cams. You can read everything else that was done in my sig.
