Gotta love the midwest, the weather changers every 10 minutes. We had flurries on Saturday otherwise no accumulations. Up north they are supposed to get 3".
This is a really weird October, we have had really cold temps already.
It's that damn Global Warming I tell ya

Got a question for you guys. How can I prevent, or slow down, rust from building up underneath my car? I just installed a Magnaflow catback and I don't want that to rust the first winter I have it. I am kinda anal about my Mustang so if I can clean it or make it look better, I will do my best to try. It is pretty rusty underneath there now but want to clean it before I put her away for the winter but didn't know if anyone had an tips or tricks to cleaning it.
Why i love living in Los Angeles, our winters consist of 60 degree days with the sun out. Some nights it gets pretty cold but at the same time it'll be extremely clear. Rarely rains but even if it does its only rain so the car will be driven everyday regardless of weather.
AMEN! Driving hard in cold weather is nice!
sucks for you snow having winter fellas though
under the snow. Hopefully, this winter I will either have a cover or an open stall in the shop to park it.

The first four winters I owned my car I parked it usually at the end of October. Car was washed, oil changed, and the usual before I zipped her up in a car bag in my garage, directly facing a bag that usually already contained my dads '72 Mach.
However, last year and this year there is no such luck. Driving all winter through on Sumitomos with 200ish pounds in the back. I will admit I wasn't the biggest fan of that last year. I'd never driven a car with Anti-lock brakes in the winter, and I'm not sure I'll like it this year either.
But, you gotta do what you gotta do to get by. Sad part is, this year we'll have our house and it's got a NICE garage that would be perfect for sitting all winter long in, then I could do like you guys do and tear down the exterior for a massive cleaning expedition.
buy my explorer to drive in the winter
i would say my car is done for the year havent drove it in the last week and a half and i only plan on driving it 2 miles to my grandparents house for the winter storage
