Default When do you guys park your Mustang for the winter?

Well it is getting colder here and I have been looking around at storage units to park my Mustang. I was just curious as to when everyone, who parks their Mustang in the winter, puts the car away for the winter? Do you wait til you know there is going to be a first snow or wait until it starts getting around freezing temps?

And storage units are freakin expensive around here ($100/month).

lol i've driven mine in the snow before, it sort of sucks because, i had to wash it that night, not to mention drive 12 winding hilly miles in snow, still no rust... knock on wood, we'rebuilding a 30x24 or 36x30 garage soon so she'll sit in there after shes painted.

Same price around here. I landed a chick i know who lives in an apartment complex was offered by her landlord a garage that opened up(she was on waiting list) she said i could use it for 40 bucks a month. But I am going to drive it in winter if it isnt bad weather.

Well my brother is letting me park it in his driveway. I plan to put a cover over it.

Are there better covers then others? I mean is there a better one that is more durable since it will be in snow, rain and windy conditions?

First salt/snow she's tucked away! Once the salt is washed off the roads i'll take it back out. Usually April around here.
