How is a electronic claibrator gonna change a mechanical speedo? im confused? Im not saying this to be a d!ck just so you know i seriously wanna know i just thought ours were only the mech speedo

nothing that will put you close for 3.73's trust me
you are right, i did the math and you would need a 21.519 tooth speedo gear with a 7 tooth drive gear or a 18.445 with a 6 tooth drive gear. and with the largest 23 tooth (nonford) speedo gear with the stock 8 tooth drive gear you'd technically need a 24.5934 tooth speedo gear so you'd be about 7 % too high
