so i finally talked to the guy, and we came to an agreement. he said he would send me back the money if i really needed it, but then he said he'd eat the extra $100 bucks i owed him, and well after a day of wheeling and dealing i ended up selling my TV, xbox 360 elite, and like 50 games, so i could get enough money to fix everything. so i just wanted to thank him, and let everyone know he's a great guy and a great member of this site!

no he didnt give me my money back. i gave him some of the money, and owed him $100 and he said that he would sell me the item for what i gave him already. so i'm hoping i can just sell the nitrous kit to make up the difference.

so i've got some good news. my buddy who works at a garage in town told me that a guy that works there got hit from behind, and the insurance company said it wasn't worth saving. they just gave the car back to him, and gave him the money for a new one....so he said i could have the trans and anything else i wanted off the car. i'm pretty excited.

Some times after trials and tribulations, a bright light will come from the clouds, a sign of good things to come. Enough of the spiritual ****, good luck man. Lord knows we have all had tough weeks that we wish we could take back. Glad to hear that you can possibly pick up a tranny for hella cheap.
