Of the many problems/upgrades I'm currently toying with, a strange clunk that comes and goes (most common over a funky bump or through a funky bump turn) is on the top of the list. Under the car today and the ONLY thing I could feel that might make a clunk was the transmission mount. If I grab the driveshaft yoke right at the trans I can wiggle it around just a tad bit, and I can see the metal crossbar move around inside the rubber of the mount but the rubber itself doesn't move at all that I can see.
