A T5 will not bolt up to a modular engine. The T45 got a bad rap because of the crappy syncros Ford used. But once you get them replaced with the updated syncros it is a pretty good trans. The T45 and T56 actually have some interchangeable parts
Allot of people like the TKO 500/600

Yea my 2nd gear syncro in my 3650 is pretty f'd too. Lucky for me I have a tko 500 sitting in the garage just waiting to be put on

Just get a Promotion t3650. Its rated for like 750hp and has all the goodies in it for $1650. I have heard some bad things about the TKO from members on here. Lizzyfan will chime in here sometime and say how bad they are.

yea i should probly just save for a built transmission but i ment to say will the t45 bolt onto my car...not the t5
