I have made a lot of money in the past few months and would like to spend some on my Mach 1 so I figured I could do an ARH longtube system and have them istalled and dyno tuned for around $2300 and my dad freaked out! So I have a backup plan, Suspension! I wonder what he'll say lol.

What's your goal? Drag racing? street duty? Or both? If it's both or for drag racing, always go for drag spring and adjustable s/s

I'd pass on the swaybars and spend the $ on CAs that don't suck.

My first question, would be that of our own Mr. Sexy above. My recommendations would be that of Poisnd, but will be a bit more helpful

Sway bars are a tuning device and as such, should be the VERY last thing you install on your ride in reguards to suspension upgrades. The LCA's you have linked are going to be fine for the 1/4, but aweful in reguards to taking a turn. I would for-go the STB and install some MM full-length weld-in SFC's as this is the very first thing an SN95< owner should install for suspension upgrades.

To repeat what was said above.... what are your goals here? 1/4 mile? DD? Twisties ?

Jazzer the Inquirer

PS. Pepe my suspension guide to find out why I think this way

I just want my car to be more badass than it already is stock lol. I came up on some money and it doesnt look like I will be getting ARH so Suspension is next and this is a little cheaper so after the winter season I will still be able to afford wheels and tires. My car is a DD but I would like to drag race it every once and a while but just for fun ya know. If I could do some autocross or whatever that would be fun too but I just want to do it all at once. I considdered the BBK CA's because they come with uppers and lowers. Was looking at MM CA's but AM only sells lowers. Got a link to the STB's? maybe I'll ditch the sway bars and get an MGW sts. I already have sfc, dont know if they are full length though.

FYI the stock mach sfcs are not full length and are not worth a flip. Get the mm ones and get them welded on. You won't regret it.

Also, I would not bother with upper control arms. They are pointless to replace unless you are going to get adjustable ones to adjust your pinion angle for launches at the track. Otherwise the stock ones are fine. Put the money for uppers and those swaybars toward good lower control arms (none of the control arms that AM sells, imo). I would suggest UPR with the poly and spherical bushings or the Griggs ones if you can swing it. They are a little expensive but really a solid upgrade for an important suspension component.

Let me know how the steeda 2 point brace performs. I was looking at it and unsure how it would perform being only a 2 point mount.

Nix the sway bars and strut tower bar and the BBK control arm kit, input MM lower control arms, MM FLSFC, and UPR spherical bushings for the upper control arms. That way you get the spherical bushings and you dont actually have to buy the control arms. And something else you might wanna consider doing is building your rear end with forged axles and a 31 spline diff and gears. Cus it wont really help you at this point to do the suspension stuff for at the track unless you can launch without fearing snapping an axle. So just something else to think about.
