If it was that busy of an intersection, wouldn't somebody else be able to act as a witness?

anyway, they'll probably total it :\ sorry bro, the wheels look like they may still be good though, provided you're telling the truth i hope you win the case or whatever.

should also be skid marks from the camero spinning out.. dont most intersections nowadays have camera systems?

EDIT: hell id take pics there light witht he double skid tracks from there launch.. Cop should of been able to tell that durango was hailin ass by the skid marks it left.. no car doing 35-45 is gonna leave a skid mark like that. now if that was canton where i live those kids would of all been arrested..
i mean i plowed a 96 taurus .. in my 05 fx4 f150 i was doing 45 and i locked up my brakes.. i didnt even skid.. some thing will way in ur favor im sure..
when u go to court just throw the card out there.. I spent so and so much time and money, look at my driving record why would i run a red light and risk it.

Wow dude that really sucks, and for them to say you ran the light is ridiculous, i would of wanted to kick the Camaro drivers ass for hitting you then on top of that blaming you then secondly for racing a freakin Durango. Of all cars to race you wanna prove your quicker to a Durango?

I've been in some accidents, one recently, and let me say it's hell! Thank god you're okay! Material is replaceable; Health isn't. I advise you to go to a good chiropractor too man. I go 2-3 times a week and it helps tremendously! By the looks of your car, your spine may be unaligned- kinda like a cars front tires and may cause major future problems. Whiplash sucks as$!!!
