The IC's are going to determine fault based on percentages. Yes, you will be held at fault for some of it unless the other parties saw you were not involved. I'm sorry bro, you're going to get a raw deal. Just hope to break even. This is why I have my car insured for $40k. It's paid off and if some schmucks do this to me I'm more than taken care of. If you're over 25 consider getting Grundy insurance.

Just curious what happened with the car? My brother wrecked his ShelbyGT/SC last tuesday night (not from street racing) someone cut him off in the rain. Looks like it will not be totaled was just wondering what the verdict was on this nice GT.
