I put it in a long time ago i've been lazy to post some pics. hah but here they are. its all bolt in and it handles soooo much better. if anyone's driven a car with a roll cage you can def feel the difference. i got the cobra seat too and deist racing belts, i have the passenger side i just havent had time to put them in. ill try and get some pictures of the out side soon. Im waiting for a few more sponsor decals to come in so i can put them on I'm waiting on my sponsor ship with Falken tires(hopefully they sponsor me soon). My Other other project with my dad '67 Camaro, just thought i'd throw it in, please dont hate, there awesome cars

i only say its rice because it has no function in a roll over...sure it may help stiffen the car, but what i was getting at is, why not go ahead and have it welded?
sponsorship stickers arent rice
stickers are only rice when you are not actually sponsored... if trickflow threw me some heads, ide slap a sticker anywhere on my car they wanted it
but if im not sponsored by them, no way in hell ide put that junk on my car...even if i had those heads :P
shouldnt be too bad to have it welded since its already fitted

Is that SFI rated padding? I would replace it if it isn't.

check out picture 8, you can see the bolt in cage coming right through the floor as this car rolled over...that thing got CRUSHED
You do realize that was an Autopower 4 point bar. The mounting plates are 4"x4" which isn't very large.
A bolt in bar is not rice. Technically any Autopower or MM bar is bolt in or weld in and welding it in is not necessarily stronger, it mounts in the same exact place. You would have to modify it to connect into the frame in order to strengthen it anymore.
no i was not aware it was a 4x4 cage...hell i didnt even think they made 4x4 cages...thats a dumb idea since 6x6 is required for most events
even so, a cage that is welded in is going to have much more support than one thats bolted in...welding > bolting ....if im in a car thats about to flip, ide much rather have my cage welded in

It wasn't a cage... it was a roll bar. There is a difference.
Read on MM's site about welding vs bolting it in. Unless welded by an experienced welder, it can actually weaken the metal. The bars are mounted to the floor pans whether they are welded or bolted.
