Default Got 3 codes: P1131, P0480, & P0008 - Suggestions?

So it's funny how things sometimes work out these days. Yesterday I was driving home and rememberd that my state inspection was going to expire at the end of the month (which was yesterday). So I figured I would just roll in to this state inspection place kind of hidden from site. I go in (with windows rolled down due to way too dark tint). I had to do a little persuading because they saw the tint but then everything else was fine and I got my sticker (ya no cats either.. ) Well that night my wife and I went to a party and on the way home the CEL light came on (it's a good thing I got my sticker!!). As we started getting close to home I started hearing a popping sound about every couple minutes. The car seemed to drive fine but I got it home asap in fear of causing additional damage. When I checked the codes the following showed up:

P1131: Lack of H02 S-11 Switch. Sensor indicates Lean. HEGO sensor indicates lean at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-rich condition.

P0480: Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit Malfunction

P0008: Engine Position System Performance

So what do I need to check/replace? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since this is my weekend toy it is going to stay parked until I can figured out what's going on. Thank you for anyone that can shoot me some advice.

Side note: I have the following done to the car: BBK longtube headers, BBK CAI, BBK 78mm throttle body/plenum combo, Flowmaster exhaust with 3 1/2" tips, no catalytic converters. It was tuned before I bought it with a laptop so I couldn't tell you about the tune. The only thing that I have added since the tune has been the 78mm BBK throttle body/intake
