I found a Roush stage 2 for sale in my area, they want $9,300 for it. He said they have had it for 3 years with no problems, which is what everyone says about their cars for sale. It has 70K miles, its a 5 spd and that is all I know so far. I have been searching on google for awhile to get exact specs and what options were available but I havent had too much luck. I figure you guys that drive Roush mustangs are a good source of info. Let me know anything you guys have learned about your cars, good or bad, over the years. Do you guys think that is a good price?

Engine is stock except for a roush CAI i believe.
I will double check, but i think that is about it.
Basically you are paying for a limited "GT" with a body/interior/suspension upgrade

Thanks, thats was about all I could find on google when I searched. Do you know why some people with the stage 2's have a stage 1 bumper and some have the stage 3 bumper? Other things that throw me off is that some roush's have the side badges where the GT emblem was and the one down by the exhaust on the side skirt and some dont have them in either place. Any opinions on the color? Also, I thought there had to be something else done to the engine besides the intake. Was there a Roush short throw shifter on them, different rear end gears, anything?

my friend got his for $7500, its a 2000 with less milage than the one you're looking at, it has badges on the side (roush) a bumper that looks like Tims, wheels, side exhaust, but a diff hood than the one on that white one.

I like the color. I almost bought a yellow GT before this one, but the guy wanted too much and wouldnt budge off his price. Saddly the car he was selling sat there for 6 months before he realized he was too high.
Any pics of the interior? engine?
Also, is he missing the pass side badge?
look for a dash plaque and engine plaque if you go to look at it. There will be a serial # on it. You can take this # and call roush and they will tell you everything about that car when it was sold( what options the customer bought)
He didnt say what year it was. I asked for pictures and he said just come see it. Kinda sketchy but pictures can hide a lot of things so I am going to see it this weekend. I cant tell if there is a badge there but if there is, it looks small enough to be the tri-bar pony on the v6's.
